  • Court positioning and footwork

8. AI Model Training

Your uploaded pickleball videos and interactions may be used to train and improve our AI models. This helps us provide better pickleball-specific analysis and feedback to all users. If you do not wish for your content to be used for training purposes, please contact us to opt out.

9. Intellectual Property

The Pickleball AI Pro application, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and content (excluding user-uploaded videos), is owned by RomiSys LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and brand features may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RomiSys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the service
  • Any errors or omissions in the AI-generated analysis
  • Any injuries or damages resulting from following AI recommendations
  • Any pickleball-related injuries sustained during play

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RomiSys LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
